A doctor of chiropractic is a medical professional who is trained to diagnose and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractors treat patients of all ages – infants, children, and adults. They believe in a conservative (non-surgical) hands-on approach to treating these disorders.
Dr Pete has over eighteen years of experience. He is available by appointment on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Therapeutic Yoga
Rochelle offers you therapeutic Yoga on a one to one basis. A gentle restorative yoga class, suitable for anybody who wants to deeply relax or for anyone recovering from illness or injury.
Rochelle says:
“After doing some study on anatomy with a yoga teacher who is also a kinesiologist, my approach to yoga is for my students to work without any pain and within their pure range of motion to improve their physical well being.
My yoga classes are based on gentle Hatha with a modern therapeutic approach. We start and end with relaxation and breathing. Once the body is warmed up, we work with various poses to increase strength.”

Mini manicure – Cutical clean, nail shape, file and polish with a colour of your choice – 10€
Spa Manicure – A hand soak in warm water and essential oils. Hand massage with an exfoliation of the dead skin to bring back the smoothness to your hands, cuticle work, file and re-shape to the nails, and a nail buff until your nails are ready for the polish of your choice – 20€
Mini pedicure – Cutical clean, nail shape, file and polish with a colour of your choice – 10€
Spa pedicure – A foot soak in warm water and essential oils. Smooth away any hard skin through the skin exfoliation and massage using essential oils, cuticle work, file and re-shape to the nails, and a nail buff until your nails are ready for the polish of your choice – 20€.
Waxing is a popular hair removal technique in which warm wax and a cloth are applied to the skins surface and lifted off quickly. This removes the hair deeper from its root, as opposed to shaving, which only removes the hair from the skin’s surface.
